Eager crowds make their way into the Honolulu Museum of Art to enjoy "Sweet After Dark", a monthly party for art enthusiasts.
Fun is a big part of Sweet After Dark. People are able to enjoy spending time with friends and appreciating activities such as these people tying ribbons onto a big metal heart.
Interaction is encouraged! This particular event featured a chalkboard on which each person can express how their loving relationships made them feel. Each description even more heartfelt than the next.
There is so much to take in around the museum. One man admires the beauty of this mural, beautifully painted across the wall.
What makes this night even more special is the music! Above the cascading fountains and in front of the mural was the DJ. She knew just what to play to keep people dancing.
The lines seemed endless, even hours after the event began. Clearly it was a wonderful night to take joy in the arts. As always, it creates the feeling of excitement, unity, and appreciation. It's definitely worth attending
